Industries
Retail, hotels and restaurants
Tills, bookings and guest Wi-Fi that work every day you are open.
When the till or the booking system stops, you lose sales that hour and goodwill after it. Branches, shifts and seasonal staff make the setup harder to keep tidy.
We keep your point of sale, bookings and branch links running, protect the systems that touch payments, and keep guests on their own network.
Reliable networks across branches, safe payment and booking systems, and guest Wi-Fi kept apart from the systems that run your business.
Risks we see most often
Shared network for guests and tills
Guest devices on the same network as the point of sale are a risk to both.
Payment system tampering
Systems that handle card and mobile payments attract attackers.
Outages at peak times
A failed router or link on a busy day has an immediate cost.
Staff turnover
Accounts of people who left and shared logins are common in shift-based work.
Many small sites
Branches with no technical staff of their own depend on remote support.
What we put in place
Separate guest Wi-Fi
Guests on their own network, with limits, apart from tills and back office.
Branch connectivity
Links between branches and head office, with a backup connection where it matters.
Protected point of sale
Updated, locked-down devices and limited access to the systems that handle payments.
Fast remote support
Help by phone and remotely, with a visit when needed.
Clean account handling
Quick setup for new staff, and immediate removal when someone leaves.

Payments and customer data
If you take card payments, your payment provider will have security requirements for how those systems are set up. If you keep guest or customer details, the Data Protection Act, 2019 is likely to apply. Check the current requirements with your payment provider and take legal advice where needed.
